Coach Tommy

College Football’s 2004 Coach of the Year and two-time SEC Coach of the Year, Tommy Tuberville is most often recognized for his success on the field. But it is the legacy of his father, a highly decorated WWII veteran and Purple Heart recipient, that motivates Coach Tuberville to give back to the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

The Tommy Tuberville Foundation was established to recognize and support organizations and causes that connect with the beliefs and values of the Tuberville family: assisting our military and veterans; awareness, education and prevention of health issues, particularly among women and children; and, education and community initiatives.

Below you’ll find information about our major projects. If you have questions, or would like to become involved with advancing the mission of the Tommy Tuberville Foundation, I hope you'll get in touch.

Rest, Renewal, & Reconciliation

Warriors’ Rest

In 2017 the Tommy Tuberville Foundation launched a project called Warriors’ Rest, in an outpost located about 50 miles west of Fort Benning, Georgia. We are committed to improving the lives of military veterans or transitioning military by providing a safe place to rest, recover, and begin living with a renewed sense of purpose.

Honoring Those Who Served

Flags for Vets

Flags for Vets is a simple but impactful way to honor America’s veterans. With the installation of a flagpole, flag, and solar light, Flags for Vets can recognize the sacrifices that our nations veterans have made to secure our freedom.

Raising Money; Building Homes

Golf Tournament

This annual event offers a great way to spend the day with Coach Tuberville and other supporters of the Foundation, while helping to raise money for a great cause. Funds raised go to help build homes for members of our military who are recipients of the Purple Heart Medal.
